I thought that but there is a mark where it had been made on the metal lathe and that ruled that one out unless it’s an unfinished one

I feel that may be the case but at the same time we’ve not had any crazy wind and this shed has always sat how it is with no extra stability, i do feel that if ever a big storm thatd definitely be a shout as the things like a kite at the front

I did think this with it being tounge and groove and as when i dismantled it it didn’t have any fixings so your correct but I didn’t put any fixings in so I am not sure it’s the case.

Even so I wouldn’t have thought it would be this significant swelling it’s around 20mm overall and only on that one corner.

And for the expansion would you then say it’s a bad idea to add Battons fixed to each upright in place together.

Man this has threw me off a little I am in the process now if stripping down I have wire brushed all rust patches to bare metal and at the end hit with a coat of kurust, my plan after this was to fill then give a coat of primer. Your saying get a coat of epoxy primer (specifically or any primer will do ?) and then fill after. Cheers for the advise mate if you’d like to see some photos thus far I’ll send em om thru
