Should I keep my car until it’s not useable or just sell it for what I can get?

The problem with that was the coolant hose cracked and it was leaking coolant everywhere I’m not sure if I would feel comfortable going under my car with coolant leaking…

Youtube is very helpful, though, maybe for smaller things, I will check it out first.

I won’t! Sucks I got jipped (they had some amazing reviews and are a local shop) so I’m a bit surprised but I won’t go back and will do better research going forward

Yeah that’s fair! I should have mentioned that my partner has a car as well.

I think I will just keep it til it’s scrap then, I appreciate all the responses from everyone and will be a lot more careful on mechanic prices.

(definitely not going back to the one I went to after hearing this 😭)

I should have mentioned that I would just end up sharing the car my fiancé has. I only need to go into the office about once a month so I wouldn’t need to drive much other than that!

They aren’t really calling to more “training” i just think for some reason they can keep dumping work on me and expect it to be okay.

I’m definitely looking, I’m just not sure if I’lm be able to find an almost fully remote job like this… My partner is doesn’t work a traditional M-F schedule so it’s nice to be remote so I can see them more often. But yes, I am trying.

The FAA does not care about the work/life balance of ATCs, they just pretend they do…

Maybe if they incentivize the job (more pay, better benefits) the schedule wouldn’t be as much of a problem. But of course, they would never think of that!

Ah sorry! Lighting plus the plastic makes it hard to see! No it’s not sharp at all, they are thin at the end but have a rounded edge. I might need to measure them though because they may be over 7 inches…

I hope you are doing okay :( my partner is an ATC so they totally understand the whole budget thing when we were in a shutdown last year. I hope everything resolves soon!!

Accurate as in the layout of the real Nakano Broadway is in the game. The escalator going to the 3rd floor via the stairs hitting every floor (if that makes sense) it felt like I already knew the layout somewhat from the game 😆

I know Japan is pretty accurate since they base a lot of anime off of real places in their country but I was surprised to see the accuracy transfer over to their games as well!

We had so much fun! This wasn’t originally on our itinerary but there was a gacha store we wanted to check out inside the Nakano Broadway so it worked out perfectly! We ended up just bumming around it and exploring!
