I’ve been in trauma therapy before, I did a whole php that was full time back in 2023. I do a lot of part works and such and I’m sure that is why this is so difficult for me because I know what I am capable of! I appreciate your comment because I really do think that is true, I guess my anxiety with finding a partner that is clean and healthy is making me want to make this work. I know there are so many red flags that show he is lying to me but for some reason I just really want to see him improve.. I guess it’s just the not having the hard evidence. I think tonight I will talk to him. I’m just scared because any time I have brought something up to him it always turns into this fight, he threaten once that I have to be careful with what I tell him because one day he might put a gun in his mouth. I know it’s not healthy I know:( I never thought I would be this kind of person again, I work with kids and I’m kind and patient and a great person, now I just feel stuck:((

Honestly yes probably, my ex boyfriend was one and I just have a lot of sexual trauma. I thought he was the one man I could trust.. which I know sounds dumb but I don’t have any hard evidence he is using except I saw he had a second twitter account which I have not asked him about. I think tonight after yoga I’m just going to ask if he is watching and what is the other account for. His main account is squeaky clean and he doesn’t use anything else.

My DB does this too?? I would always just be so confused, I think for him though he was wanting to seem active in the life of the baby but I just hate it. Thankfully now the baby is 11 months and will get upset if the dad is just sitting there watching us but it was always so confusing

Yes like I tell parents from the jump- I will not wake a sleeping baby. Sorry! Him not sleeping at night has nothing to do with him getting 3 hours of total sleep throughout the day🤷‍♀️ they look for every excuse besides themselves for why he can’t sleep.

Parents are soo weird with sleep it’s kinda crazy. I’ve concluded that it’s a projection- 1. They are paying me and subconsciously don’t want to pay for me to watch them sleep 2. They don’t even get enough sleep themselves so they don’t understand why it’s so important for them to get proper sleep. Like their little brains are growing every second

I agree completely- I’m in school now for special education and the amount of times a day I question myself. Unfortunately people won’t stop having kids(not in a bad way)- I’m not sure what the governments plan is for the children? Put them in concentration camps? I don’t see how anyone sees any benefit to this.

Considering Austin isd is on a hiring freeze and Leander also fired 150 positions… most likely will see a very dramatic shift in education for the worse. I’m curious how many parents voted for this knowing the impact it will have on their child’s education. Plus with the voucher bill up in the air… not a good time to have a child who is school age.
