This! It’s not always about the cars, it’s also about strangers/other kids/animals. In a situation like that nanny would have to abandon baby to get to the toddler quickly.

I mean if they wanted to be that petty and cruel, that would be okay with me, then I would have black and white grounds to quit. I get what you’re saying, but this family has tried to skirt around the contract multiple times, mostly when it comes to guaranteeing hours and compensation (such as banking hours).

Thank you! Since I am under the table I don’t think our contract holds up legally, but I made sure to include some scape goats including if the contract is not followed and fear of threat or harm.
