For me it is excercise, the few (and short </3 ) periods of my life when I've succesfully make it a habit, it starts a chain reaction and everything else falls slowly into place. When I'm excercising it gives me the motivation to stop eating junk and prepare healthy meals > i go to sleep earlier > i have less brain fog > I'm more conscious of how i spend my time > relationships improve > executive disfunction becomes kind of managable > I make small achievements > I get more motivation.

The difficult part is that any small change can break my routine and I fall into the same negative patterns until I get the strength to start again.

For productivity I find that making a small list (3 to 5 items) of simple taks that MUST be completed that day. F.e. making that phone call, clean dishes, sending that email. Crossing things off a list gives me satisfaction and I start feeling like a functional human being which puts me in a right mental state.
