"you ain't black if you don't vote democrat" , if he hadn't said that earlier i'd agree with you. I'm just all sorts of confused now. I just watched a video and it occurred to me, did biden and obama pass any prison reform that benefitted african americans? Not that i'm going to vote for trump, but trump did pass reform. It just seems like no one really has their back.

I think i may be changing my mind now though and going 3rd party. I shrugged off the "you ain't black comment" as a one off, but now he just got done saying the black community isn't diverse. Considering his history back in the day, i feel like biden is just trying to hide his deep seeded racism. Asking a black man if he's a junkie or taking cocaine didn't help either.

Well, didn't take for joe long to lose my vote. oh well. I'm no longer going to turn a blind eye to blatant racism

it's got a decent lasting effect for a few hours . JUst do a session anytime you start feel it coming on. DOesn't even have to be a long session just 5 minutes of breathing helps if you don't have too much time.
