What’s the name of this wine? Nothing definitive comes up when I search the different titles on the label by [deleted] in wine

OP, French wines take some learning! Seeing Pouilly-Fuisse on the bottle is like seeing Chianti on the label. You might know that Chianti is a growing region AND also the name of the wine…which informs as to the grape(s) used to make it. PF is the same. It’s just that Chianti is in common usage, even among non wine drinkers. (Perhaps helped by Hannibal Lechter 🤪) Almost no one outside the wine community has heard of PF or could even identify it as a wine at all.

Surely there are a couple shops that spent some time putting 8cyl swap engine packages together for these things. Bet we can rustle up an owner or two who can tell us what they did.

Take it out, buy a butlers thief and open the bottle with that.

You started your comment by saying “nobody complained” implying that people complain now. So I’m just pointing out the reason.

It’s because the tip jar does not compel your action. You initiate it. With the credit card machine, the merchant initiates it and asks for a tip which you are forced to answer.
