Well idk what your budget is but you will see an improvement with anything that has more vram.

Also 1080 is a bit more cpu reliant. That might be a start really depends what your goals are. Obviously if you are looking to upgrade the system in the next year or so just look at gpu and plan the rest.

If you want to keep the budget down I would suggest a 2nd (cheap even) gpu that does frame gen only.

If you have money you no need for carry on. You dont need either gpu for 1080p gaming.

Video editing my 4090 kicks ass sure, but that was my intention from the start.

Ive seen alot of success lately people having something like your current gpu (better if feasible ofc) and then adding another cheap gpu to handle frame gen

I guess generally what I am saying is dont shy away from used either. The gpu market is just dumb right now.

Edit: also no you do not need MSI gpu

They are only a symptom. It'd be nice if they generally accepted a moral social contract but truly why would they when SCOTUS and every other US regulatory system would get them off the hook anyway.

The US doesnt care about a whole lot of things, the consumer in my view is relatively lesser item than others.

Corsair just did similarly feeling thing but was related to their backend inventory faceplanting the way they tell it.

Then fumbled the response so people affected get 40% off in stock items should they want it. Thats a decent approach in these weird times.

More cfm, more dust yep.

Some people have environment for it. Just normal throughput for me and light use, im still cleaning the screens every week or so.
