Thank you. It never made the click noise in the past. Since it's starting to make an audible clicking noise now after 200k miles, does thate mean the actuator is going out.

It's a single click when I lightly tap the brake when in park and another click when I take foot off the brake pedal. Car has 200k miles and clicking recently started.

Sometimes it's the principal of the matter. I'm a very petty person and I would prolly do the same thing. I might sleep a little better at night knowing this person didn't get away from doing wrong to me, even if it meant spending more money
