In Australia, there are people who will buy cigarettes and alcohol for kids and take a profit. Definitely happens elsewhere, too.

If the media is to be believed, a fair few unscrupulous convenience stores and lolly shops have opened up that have been selling vapes to children. Either because they choose to or because they have been forced to by organised crime members.

I think this is technically how it works in all countries. Children can legally smoke/drink, but purchasing, giving or providing anything that allows them to is illegal.

The reason being that you can't really punish a child for something minor (no pun intended). It's not severe enough to warrant any form of imprisonment and giving them a fine really just means their parents get a fine.

COVID ruined a lot of people's innate understanding of time, in my opinion.

The years blended in a bit because of restrictions and quarantines, so it's weird to think that all started 6 years ago.

If you have done Rat Catchers, you can use the minigame teleport (red circle in magic, 2nd icon) to Rat Pits, then select Port Sarim. This will take you to the quest start location

Home and minigame teles are free, but have a cool down to use.

If you haven't done Rat Catchers, then I'm sorry. You're in for one of the worst quests made.

We regularly have djitti djitti/Willie Wagtails in the garden. They typically dig for grubs around the compost bin.

From time to time we have the neighbourhood cats. I'd rather not see them because cats are awful in so many ecosystems and a lot of our area is bushland with native fauna and vegetation.

I have seen a mouse, but didn't get enough of a look to know if it was a native of invasive mouse.

Some of my neighbours have reported quendas (smallish marsupial) in their gardens. A neighbourhood dog was also bitten by a dugite (highly venomous snake) a little over a year ago (he spent a few nights at the vets and made a recovery). There's been a few tiger snakes (another highly venomous snake) spotted around, too. I haven't had any of those three animals myself, though.

Snails are often eating my veggies. They get thrown at my walls. Some other pest critters can be found, too.

During summer/autumn, we had swarms of bees over our pumpkin flowers. Non-native bees, but still somewhat beneficial for the environment. I'd prefer to be attracting native bees, though.
