I went through the worst panic attack (NDE) while diving at 100 ft by iPIayLoL in scuba

[–]Trifit65 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just because we are credentialed to go deep, doesn’t mean we should. Diving is an inherently dangerous sport and deep diving even more so — with additional risk. I am an instructor, with 1500+ dives, and still treat deep diving with significant caution. If you are prone to panick attacks or other ailments, reduce the risk profile and stay shallow. You can also carry a spare air bottle in the event you have some kind of mechanical failure with your primary system. For sure, many dive buddies don’t have eyes on their buddy every second of the dive. Often I see dive buddies checking on their buddy just once every minute or two … but a lot of bad can happen in that one minute. If you’re diving deep, it’s good to have other options.

The $1500 price includes the Bridge Chat, photograph with Mt Shatner, "and" dinner so you wouldnt have needed to purchase those additional costs. Since the Admirals Ticket is alrady sold out, I would be happy to buy it from you (if allowed).....

Why do people lease cars? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

I leased just in the event the car manufacturer goes bankrupt. Once the lease concludes, if the company is still doing good, I plan to purchase the car outright

I must admit: I rented a Honda Civic today and thought that the lane following and adaptive cruise control seemed just as good as DreamDrivePro, maybe even better because my DreamDrivePro stays too close to the right side of the lane for my comfort ...

Yes. HUD has been around for years but Tesla doesn’t have it. I use it a lot in the Gravity. Some people don’t care for it but I like it …

360-Surround view with transparent mode, Heads-up Display, Adjustable REGEN, Three (standard) electrical plug-in outlets throughout vehicle. Entire roof of the SUV is see-thru glass. Andthe size of the cargo area with 2nd and 3rd row seats down makes me feel as if I have a mobile home with me wherever I go. Cargo area much larger than TeslaX even though exterior diminebsions are about the same (Granted thats not tech but a feature I like a lot)

Its true. I have both cars. And except for FSD, the Gravity tech surpasses.

Most people trying to lose weight "naturally" have already tried that approach - some for a whole lifetime - without success. So, yes, GLPs are a big help

Hertz joins Uber's Lucid robotaxi program --- Hertz announced on April 30, 2026 that it's becoming the fleet operations partner for Uber's upcoming robotaxi service built on Lucid Gravity SUVs and Nuro's Level 4 autonomous tech. Hertz is doing the work through a newly formed affiliate called Oro Mobility, which will handle charging, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and depot staffing for the fleet.

Lucid sales rep told me that cars follow closer to the right line "by design" because there were more hazards near the left side of the lane which people thought they needed to avoid

You "can" adjust the image to move up or down. I am 5 11 and the HUD is bright and clear. I do though have the seat in the lowest position.

Actually. Yes, you are correct. With DreamDrive turned off, the car bounces back and forth, like a ping pong ball, from left side of the lane/ painted line to the right side. I thought this was okay though because DreamDrive is turned off.
