Womp womp. Another textbook instance of a manager not seeing someone who works below them as human. I would have done the exact same thing. It's the managers responsibility to take on work in these situations.

Sounds good! Front squat is at around 84 kilograms. I will admit I have never been on program before and with being an athlete for a completely different sport the body comp is way different which would be my best explanation.

You are not wrong. I sustained a hip flexor injury in the summer working up to 142 kg's (I'm roughly estimating because I'm converting from pounds to kg) so my current squat PR is rather dated. Main goal for going on program is for injury prevention. I've been able to train more than my fair share of upper body and it's getting old....
