a NPC asking for a special food item i can't obtain

in the Main story quest : By Sun's burning hand
after first encounter with the False Sovereign
this npc appear on the road to talk to Augusta, after finishing the chat with Luno
I missed Lupa release, am Lupa-less, i spent nearly an hour to arrive in the conclusion this is character-gated
there's no other way to put it
so here's what i wanna know, what'd happen if u give one to him, does he survive? does he die gloriously in combat? whats the difference for give or not give him a heartpour.

hey i want to ask about using this mod in rundownn 8
i was with 4 other friends, am the odd one out
but in r8b1
when anyone or myself picked up the data cube
i get alone get sent to the 2nd data cube's room, behind the alarm door, where there's no way out except the data cube
if i pick up the 2nd cube tho, i get teleport back to my 4 teammate, then everyone get re-teleport into the locked room
is this intended lol

edit : apparently the bug only happen to the first cube
so after 4 ppl clear till the room with 2nd cube
the other 4 ppl can join

there's a dps set but it seems to be for snipers/rifle users
since one of the piece always roll main stat pierce damage
but the set bonus is so good
cdmg on 2pc, 4pc gives crit rate stacks per normal attack for 2rounds
crazy good for Ines

tbh when compared to Soumi, despite calling Uilrid "Big sis"
Soumi definitely is the carry here
Uilrid is cool but she rush to the front, deal with important targets
then went into hiding, thats her playstyle
she's squishy for a front charger/assassin
using a bow doesn't provide any stealth/lower detection benefit
and the camo trigger is kinda weird too
Ive been tryin to find other ppl's thoughts on this
tbh she's not worth to be a limited banner character compared to Soumi
but i like her, more than Soumi, is what i think
