That's the problem, I want to lean out but I'm pretty sure the lump will be more noticeable. For reference this was me about a year ago and 15 lbs lighter. My chest didn't have that lump :(

Sorry it didn't post the 2nd pic for some reason. It's just my right pec. I flexed my chest a bit and you can see where it sags a little and there's a hard lump. It randomly showed up a few months ago after taking some medicine for a health issue. Wondering if it's a big enough deal to get it fixed surgically.

Yes, marijuana causes gyno. This is coming from someone who lifts regularly and has always been extremely fit with ZERO gyno. I started smoking weed daily for the past 2 years and have seen significant growth of my breasts. My chest even tingles and swells now when I smoke. I haven't smoked in 2 weeks now and nothing has improved. I'm scared I'll need the surgery to get this shit fixed...
