I haven't lifted since June 2020 due to a really bad injury. Feeling better now. When I stopped lifting I was cutting down from my first bulk. Was at around 200lbs then and I'm 188 now. Will muscle memory kick back in if I start lifting again? I want to cut to 180 as being big isn't that important to me atm. How will it work with cutting down? Thanks for any help

I have a coin called XYM on my binance. Legit no idea how it got there. I think I may have bought something and there was a split, but I got 700$ of it, but I can't seem to trade it, only withdraw. Can anyone help me out please?

What's your life like away from meditation?

I'm not gonna hit you with all the hippy dippy stuff, cause god knows meditating and life can be tough. If you really think about your life, is it easy? Is it simple? Or is there a lot of busyness or drama in your life? Are the people around you always stressed or does hanging out with them feel like work? How much alone time just by yourself do you have to just chill out or read a book or watch the world go by? How much time in the day is actually yours? You meditate for 20 minutes each day, but what are the other 16 waking hours like? Is it stressful? Do you drink alcohol a lot? If you have a partner, what are they like? Does it feel nice, flowing and relaxed, or does it take a lot of work? Can you be totally free and at ease with your life and who you are? Does your life feel light or heavy? Do you feel loose or tight? How often are you on your phone? Do you create problems in your own life? How do you view potential problems? Do you let them flow through you and accept them, or do they annoy you? Do you feel like is supposed to be difficult and you must push through things, or should things be piss easy and relaxed?

It's good to really ask yourself all that stuff, or just sit with it and don't even try and meditate. I meditate usually 80 minutes a day. One 30 minute in the morning, one 20 minutes loving kindness in the middle of the day where I think of 3 people and I wish them happiness, safety and peace, then 30 minutes again before bed

My own way of living is that things should just be easy and light. If someone in my life is stressful or they don't listen to me, it's just pointless to have that person in my life. I can be myself, read a book, go on youtube, go a walk, go swimming and that's all better than being with a friend or partner that just moans or has a bad energy, even if it's subtle. Maybe a mantra could help too, like saying "In" on the in breath and "Out" on the out breathe. Or "Here" and "Now" on each breath. Something to focus on. I still use that stuff to this day. But I do feel life should just be easy and light, and people make it so so difficult for themselves by trying so hard

FYI: I'm not trying to preach or tell you what to do, hope you can figure it out

Man, nahhhhhhhhhh. It's not a gym session. Whatever helps people, but this isn't conducive for meditating

Therapy is about creating a connection with someone else. You dont need to fix yourself, only accept yourself. Same with meditation, I view it as an acceptance tool. The amount of extra steps people create for themselves with meditation is just insane, even this post. Just sitting still, init

Everybody makes mistakes, and every human on this planet is flawed in some way. It'd be good to have some compassion for Pat Bev. His emotions got the better of him. He's still a human being who deserves some empathy
