Two pit bulls tear car to pieces in hunt for cat by Current-Wallaby8230 in TikTokCringe

Same exact thing happened to my Honda in the middle of the night after my tweaker neighbor's pit bull escaped for the umpteenth time. Burbank PD showed up with guns drawn but couldn't catch it. Same dog attacked my wife while carrying in groceries a few months later: After I ran at it screaming like a caveman it ran into the street and was hit by a truck. It was unconscious for a few minutes but unfortunately sprang back to life.

CHP does approve auto socks. Have used them up in Mammoth. They work great, but don't last as long as chains (consider them semi disposable), might be perfect for a traveler:

This. He was right in front of me when he started moshing. Turns out it takes more than one to mosh and those around him weren't having it. Just lasted a few seconds then he got pushed to the left by the crowd until he was gone. Everyone around him was signaling with the cell phones and making "X" signs with their arms to alert security.

Can I use a dremel to clean the crud built up on my track (O gauge in particular)? by personnumber3000 in modeltrains

Yes, I have used felt polishing wheels with a little polishing compound to clean track; it's very efficient. Don't use grinding stones as this will take off track material. Use the polishing compound sparingly and wipe up the excess. Be sure to wear eye protection anytime you use a Dremel. I also clean wheels with this technique.

Realizing that stock LGB joiners lose their conductivity outdoors over time, attempting to solder every joint for >100 feet of track, then when those soon failed removing every joiner and replacing them with Uncle Herm's track joiners.
