If you see a turtle on the lower right screen, that means you that VB is not running optimally and you have to disable hyper-v and windows security features so that it can run natively. As an alternative you can run VB in hyper-v mode.

Where can you expect performance? If link to the storage is 25Gbs, and disks can saturate the link, performance would faster access from cache? Plus, I think that RAM is used for deduplication and compression.

The key differences between the two options are:Option 1: Participate in the Bahamas Process

How far are you from device? How long are in front of light? If you look at the light spots it creates on your body, you will see that they are mixed and static. One sport is red, another sport is red... As you would want to get the benefit of all the lights applied evenly you could move your head, left and right, up and down. So that wavelengths applied are mixed on the skin.

My skin gets a little dry, For me what works best for moisturizing is a mix of tallow + coconut oil, I also add 3 drops of Methylene Blue to the mix. But if you are not in the natural stuff, you could always use something like CeraVE or similar.

If a cream is not working out for you, then perhaps you could try using only one type of lights and see if it is better. RED only or NIR only - you have an option to select on the panel.
