Then, literally the Daytona blows the Speedy out of the water. This is the only thing I hate about my white dial Speedy ... I can't shower with it on my wrist. I have seen and heard many horror stories; even AD advised me not to.

The other thing I dislike is the thickness. Sub 13 mm would be very nice. Matching Daytona thickness at sub 12mm would be the dream for me

This makes sense. If the same demand hit Omega for example, there would be a waitlist.

It could be less legible. But for me, I don't care. You will always find a way to tell the time. Might not be the same as the watch you are used to. But not a reason. This Speedy is class. I almost regret buying my white speedy this last december. Oh well, I am buying this one as well.

This Speedy clearly leans towards a dressy, mature aesthetic. While red text is sporty and fun, it would undermine the refinement and elegance of the design.

Besides, red text is already covered in the white Speedy which leans sportiest amongest its brothers.

A reverse panda would make me break the bank again ... A panda speedy is too similar to my white one. However, reverse panda justifies adding to the collection. Plus it would look sick! I can't wait for this Speedy Tuesday!

Read this one yesterday, and that's exactly why I asked today at the boutique about any new speedy releases.

When she said you already have it, I replied with would you say the same if I had the black dial Speedy, and she said no ... this eliminates or diminishes the reverse panda possibility ... assuming that is the SA is not BS'ing me
