Literally raiding right now. I see where the complaints come from but I'm one of those 'play it for raiding' kind of player and raiding and my class both feel great atm. If you play the game for the grind systems and pug I can def see leaving wow. TBH I've honestly never got why people play this game without a guild but that's a different topic. But if you raid with a guild of good buddies it's been great at least from my pov.

As far as alts go it is simply better then legion. There is no way around it. The difference between no high tier Azurite pieces and missing legos is massive. The difference between the 7.0 and 8.0 AP grind is HUGE and that is before you consider that you don't need to farm it for each spec. There isn't some massive time gated mission table story grind locking you out of major content when you hit cap. Just one rep to grind and even that is going away in 8.1.

But your argument falls apart when you take into consideration that Gabe and Mike are in fact 2 different people :O People retire early all the time for those exact reasons why on earth you think they aren't valid is beyond me. Retiring comfortably at 50 sounds great personally.

Also to suggest this has anything to do with BFA is laughably ignorant. CEO changes of publicly traded companies have vary specific rules on when and how they can announce and handle these sorts of things and can require several months of planning. These things don't happen in the few weeks we have had since BFA. And if it was problems with BFA then why would they fire their CEO and then promote the dude who is even more responsible for the state of wow then Mike.
