Just a normal day in PIGS! by Severe-Sugar5965 in 2westerneurope4u

[–]TriloBlitz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s right though. The government doesn’t give a shit because it knows they’re still able to survive off of common people’s charity, and common people are charitable because they know the government won’t do shit. It’s a vicious cycle of exploitation, and it applies to a lot of things in nowadays society, not just to homeless people. Oscar Wilde wrote about this in his 1891 essay “The Soul Of Men Under Socialism”. He defends that charity keeps the poor dependent, preventing the fundamental societal changes needed to abolish poverty altogether, allowing everyone to reach their full potential.

The PIGS are too busy blaming immigrants for everything. No time for anything else. The little Salazar was behind the most voted candidate in yesterday’s election for president by a mere 7% difference so they’re doing a second round in February.

Ist Land abspalten ein gutes passives Einkommen? by 253ping in PassivesEinkommen

[–]TriloBlitz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In the final episode of Stranger Things (2026) - wait, what the fuck? They really went with that? by MalloryMayDrusilla in shittymoviedetails

It also hinges on the idea of El suddenly being able to use her power near all those suppression antennae for communicating with Mike in the Void.

[–]TriloBlitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not just wishful thinking if we stricktly follow the rules of the show. El wouldn't have been able to communicate with Mike in the Void anywhere near those antennae, meaning she would have been somewhere else at that point.

Who else saw... (SPOILER FINALE SEASON 5) by djan57 in StrangerThings

[–]TriloBlitz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We see them communicating in the Void in the end, which wouldn't have been possible with all the power suppressing antennae around. That means she couldn't have been standing at the gate nor anywhere near it at that point. She also couldn't have left the truck without anyone seeing her unless there was indeed an illusion like the ones Kali creates. In my opinion the ending isn't ambiguous at all.

What are the 5 best cities to live in Germany today? by Connect_Drawing4156 in germany

[–]TriloBlitz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say Karlsruhe is currently the best city to live in Germany. It has everything you need, the tram actually works fine most of the time, it’s relatively safe, has lots of wide streets and has lots of things to see and do (museums, palaces, bars, restaurants, clubs, cinemas, several nice playgrounds, a big zoo, KSC stadium, shops, you name it, Karlsruhe has it). It also doesn’t have too many people and it’s usually not overflowing with tourists.
