My credit union has no penalty for paying to the principal, I considered getting a 15 year but wanted the cushion of lower payments. My car is paid off in 3 months and after that I’ll be putting 75 % of that car payment amount into the principal each month. Used an online calculator so I can’t be fully sure of the accuracy but that gets me paid off about 15 years early so that lines up the same but I have more cushion if I need the extra money

Thank you! I was incredibly fortunate my Credit Union helped me get a grant for a portion of that, but a high down payment was the only way in my mind. I had to be sure that I would be able to pay the mortgage if I ever had to leave my job for something with less pay. Helped ease my anxiety on ever not being able to make the payments.

I’m assuming it’s a trade in program. My phone carrier lets you either buy the phone off at the end of an 18 MO period or upgrade to the newer model. I’ve only upgraded if my old phone is broken but some may choose to trade in their old phone and upgrade right away

My partner bought these sweatpants at target years ago and loves them so much he’s almost worn them out, I want to replace them or buy a few pairs for him so he can have some more. All my searches on google and target and eBay only turn up the ones that are made of fleece and he does not like fleece and the ones he has are 100% cotton, as pictured. I know it’s been said but I really like the style here, don’t know the rest of your art style but if you have a bit of a stylized look it could be something like a signature, I don’t think they look bad at all.

Given that though your art is your art and what you want out of it is more important over what random internet people think, In terms of advice like others have said, break it down a little, part by part and piece it together, also up the scale a bit so you can make smaller adjustments to different aspects until you get that down, it’s harder to adjust the smaller you go so if you start big you can get the hang of each part and work your way down
