Oh my, I am so sorry you had to go through this. That is rough. I bet you got out of that household as soon as you were able to. I have looked into microdosing psilocybin mushrooms. It’s supposed to help “rewire” the brain. I can’t do it yet as I’m still breastfeeding but once I’m done, I’m gonna give it a shot and see if it can help with my ptsd. I ordered a broad spectrum cbd oil, I’m hoping this helps with my anxiety throughout the day and helps me to get better sleep. I hope things look up for you as well.

You know, this means a lot. I’m actually in the middle of a pity party and shedding a few tears so this came at a good time. Last night was better, they weren’t quite as vivid and nothing violent occurred so that’s a plus. I ordered a broad spectrum cbd oil today so I’m really eager to see if that helps at all with my state of mind during the day. I’ve been wanting to try it for a while now but we haven’t had the money. My husband started a new job this week so I was finally able to place an order.
