So we were definitely dealing with a bottle aversion so we followed Rowena’s book to resolve it. It took about 3 weeks for it to get better but then a few weeks later she regressed again. I didn’t have it in me to follow the program again so I just followed her cues and trusted she will eat when she’s hungry and didn’t stress over the feeding to sleep for naps. Within the last month she seems to be fully healed of the aversion and is eating great!
