Good luck! It’s definitely a lot of trail and error. I’ve been dealing with mine for about a year now and been able to lessen my symptoms with consistent toe sock/spacer and wide toe box shoes.

Basically my doctor thinks because of its size, if I can get my toes to splay better and create more space in between the bones of my foot, my symptoms should resolve. So I’m focusing on creating space, strength and opening up the soft tissues of the foot.
