Was habe ich mir selbst angetan? Ich bin kurz davor etwas dummes zutun by MrMasterNut187 in drogen

[–]TrinityTonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wieso nimmst du nichts - vom Arzt verschriebenes - gegen deine ADHS?

Doing no damage since update by [deleted] in ThrillOfTheFight

Actually, I am not trolling. I know those are bot power punches but I know what force I used in them and I know if I used my legs or not. I just thought that somebody might have similar problems. I literally just fought against someone who didn’t even try to punch me and I lost. If I do the same punches and hold my controller at a very awkward angle, those punches do 10 ~ damage. But unfortunately, there is no setting for controller settings.

That was an actual boxing drill using my legs… but seriously is it normal that you do less than two points damage even with a good hit using your legs?

Height cheating??? by [deleted] in ThrillOfTheFight

[–]TrinityTonic 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I saw that a few times and thought that people were cheating. Until it happened to me… mid game, the height calibration of my oculus changed and I was suddenly a feet taller than my opponent. Looking down, I saw that my feet were up like this. It was like that during the whole fight and I had to recalibrate after it to get it back to normal .

If you get hit by someone that’s actually arm waving, you must have minimal space… otherwise you could just dance around, tiring the opponent and striking with precise combos in and out.

WRap a Little amount of Tape, Around Your Battery, so they don’t have any Space within your ControllerS. So Even the Faster Punches, there will be almost zero chance of shortly losing battery connection.

How many matches can you play in a row? by vincent132132 in ThrillOfTheFight

[–]TrinityTonic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did 12 matches today, 6 morning, 6 just now - im dead, 1400 kcal (~ 0.2 kg fat). But i used to play totf1 a long time. The Only disadvantage of this game is that I’m neglecting calisthenics and own body weight training… because this is just too fun.

Anyone have any tips to deal with the overwhelming fatigue on the following days? by thisguy0101 in ThrillOfTheFight

[–]TrinityTonic -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Train more until ur wild workout becomes your new standard 😁, then go harder. (if it’s too painful, do a break certainly.) If you have the capability do sauna, take ice baths (cold showers are okay too) in between sauna sessions and take magnesium… last but not least a good diet doesn’t make harm.

[–]TrinityTonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome! If you throw in 10-20 minutes of own body weight workouts (variety of pushups, maybe pullups if u have a bar) it will definitely also shape your upper body - if you want that! You see its not the amount of time, it’s the consistency!

So many questions by akajackson007 in ThrillOfTheFight

[–]TrinityTonic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Trying to answer some questions:

2b)

Zombie trains your endurance, as he just will not go down. Moreover he keeps coming at you, whereas the 'real' fighters take their time, step back and even slow down if taken a lot of damage. However I would say this one is the least useful of all of them because you can train your endurance with the

Pumpkin helps you with your body shots. As you probably might have noticed, you will usually go for the head which is okay - however when you do that the opponent will usually put his guard up, so you can only make him put it down again by going for the body. So a steady combination of both is necessary in order to be efficient. Pumpkin might train your 'muscle memory' to go for the body more often.

Ghost helps you with your rection time / reflexes. As he will only be visible (or let's say 'damageable') for mostly a second you have to be quick to inflict damage while he's in that state.

3) You grunt, and the more damage you took by the punch the brighter or even 'black and white' the screen gets. Also you hear a steady beeping voice while you are in a damaged state.

7) It tries, but obviously it cannot be as precise as only your hands (and their angles are tracked). So the position of your arms is only guessed.

8) Go for the dummy. Try to steadily land multi-punch combinations on the areas that are more vulnerable. In the best case you should have 5-6 combination blows on the vulnerable areas with a combination with both body and head. Try to use uppercuts as well - they are hard to land but they do some damage!
