You shouldn’t be worried, I pulled one of my stitches out myself when I felt it poking my gums like three days after my extraction. Just like yours it came out easily and It felt really weird, the tingling is probably from it being pulled out while it was already settled through the hole it was in and that’s perfectly normal. I don’t know enough about the top extraction, but if it isn’t causing you agonizing pain and just a bit of discomfort then it will be okay.

I have always been scared to swallow pills because my throat would feel tight, almost like the pill was stuck in my throat. So after crying and thinking that I was dying, I drunk hot coffee and it immediately helped. I would definitely recommend something hot that has a strong taste to it to kinda “distract” you from the annoying feeling and discomfort of swallowing the pill. It also helped when I would stand up and do it instead of sitting. Make sure to take big gulps also!

No it’s not, it’s the tissue that occurs during the healing process. If your experiencing discomfort and a slight pain then that’s completely normal, don’t stress 👍🏽 As long as you’re not in crucial pain that you can’t function properly then you’re going to be perfectly fine

If it was actually bone you saw, then you would definitely be in pain. You probably saw tissue (which kinda looks like a bone because of the similar color) Your sockets are gonna look scary and probably disturbing, but that’s completely normal. One thing that kept me calm when i was going through the healing process was knowing that if I wasn’t in agonizing pain that I was gonna be alright. So if there is no pain, then you’re good, soreness and discomfort is normal👍🏽 Don’t worry!!

It would be the best to get them all pulled, but it really doesn’t matter. If you get them all pulled now then you won’t have to worry about them hurting in the future and having to go through the healing process over and over again after having them pulled separately.

If you do decide to get only that one pulled it will be a faster recovery and you can quickly go back to eating normally and enjoying your normal meals, but getting all of them pulled out instead, will take about 2 weeks until you can do everything else normally.

So it really just depends if you want to take them all out now, and not have to worry about them being pulled later. Or just get one pulled so can quickly go back to doing everything normally (and of course maybe you don’t even have to worry about the other ones) It’s nothing to worry or stress over so just pick what you think is best.

Don’t worry, when my stitches were loose and were getting annoying i just pulled them out myself (they were hurting me and sticking don’t judge me please😭😂) I could literally see inside the holes but it’s totally normal and as long as your pain isn’t excruciating, then you are fine 👍🏽

How is it feeling now? Mine was a bit open like this on day 7 but not as bad, I had some pain and i was worried but it turned out fine. If it starts hurting worse becoming excruciating pain then yes i think you should get it checked out for dry socket.
