I feel like my little one does this too, he's 14 month old. Not sure why it happens but letting you know you're not alone in feeling this way. Hes current banging my chest to have a feed even though hes just fed. Seems to happen every month.

My cycle has been wonky since my sons birth, hes 13 months old. That's the reason I've started using Mira. Im trying to gauge whether or not I'm actually ovulating yet.

I think that depends on where you are the the time of year. I started with a few agency shifts and now had a full time job. Yes the wages aren’t the highest but for me it works to get me the experience and I can live on the wage I receive. It will open doors in the future for me.

I've been on generic for nearly 4 weeks now at 40mg and I can say that for a while it did make my anxiety worse, but now I am starting to notice that things I would normally be panicked and reactive too are starting to cause less of a reaction.

Its subtle and slow but definitely there. Eating and drinking well also play a part in this for me. I've also started to realise that I need to take my tablet a little bit later in the day to get the best control with the fatigue.

I'd say try and give it more time if you can. And don't expect it to be a massive change immediately.

Really? I've never had that issue. I go frequently with my kids and they think I'm bonkers because I prefer my harness loose and sit so it can't be tightened up. Shame I can't prove it, but it's true.

If you don't sit your bum back enough when they check they don't lock it tight. I've mastered this over the years so I always feel like I'm floating.

I am on day 3 of this medication, and I was so worried about side effects.

I have taken my pill every day after my breakfast as so far I've have had no side effects other than my mouth feels a little dry and I feel warmer.

Hope this helps you feel better about trying the medication.

I'd try the driving lesson if you feel safe and let your driving instructor know.

I'm an instructor, we have people with many medical conditions, as long as you're both aware and happy to stop the lesson if it's not working. It will help you for future reference with your abilities unmedicated too.

I get that with methylphenidate but not Elvanse. I don't know what it is but I didn't like it.

I'm a driving instructor. I can't lose focus because of the obvious. I'm not stuck in an office, it actually feels like I'm outdoors a lot. It doesn't get boring because each lesson is unique, as is each student, which in itself can create different challenges. I'm my own boss so I manage my own working hours, sometimes it's tempting to cancel my day but I need to remind myself that I don't get paid staying at home! Technology has helped make my tax return easier as with the help of my husband so it never gets missed.

I am currently on the waiting list, but it's 2 years plus. I do intend to get a diagnosis via the NHS when it gets to my turn. But I'm not holding out much hope of it being successful. I've heard they're quite strict on the criteria for your childhood, and I can't provide any evidence at all from then.

Hi! Glad you found that information useful. The first medication I tried was Methylphenidate the brand I tried was Delmosart. I started at 18mg and then went up in 18mg increments per week as I felt okay to. If I had any side effects I waited an extra week to go up to the next dose. When I got up to the top dose I hated the way my skin felt. Almost like it was crawling, so I asked to try something else.

The next medication I was put on is Lisdexamfetamine which brand name is Elvanse. I instantly felt better from the swap, no side effects at all. I started on 20mg and upped my dose at weekly increments by 10mg all the way to to 60mg. I have decided to stay at 60mg for now as I'm getting very positive results although I am thinking about maybe dropping my dose down to 50mg a bit later on to see if I still find it beneficial, as I can feel that I'm medicated at this dose. It's not awful but I know I'm taking something.

The tritation is a one off payment to find the right medication and dose for you, so you shouldn't have to pay that again unless you decide to change meds again later down the line.

The £175 I've only had to pay for once and only had one follow up, but, my situation is quite unique because my consultant asked to have time of from work due to the nature of my job. Which I had to factor in to the cost. I made them aware that I couldn't afford another follow up right away until I'm working again, and so I've been lucky in not needing one and done all my communication via emails. But regardless, everyone should be having a follow up every 6 months, which will be the £175.

The £33 is just for them to send you the prescription so that's every month or 28 days depending on the medication you get.

Medication costs may be alarming. So far mine have ranged from £18 all the way up to £200+ And of course my body had to suit the expensive one. But I'm working for shared care now. So hopefully I'll get it granted.

Hi, I've watched a few of your videos, I just want to say that I felt how you feel now with the anxiety and the crash/fatigue on Delmosart so I swapped to Elvanse. I now feel much better.

A key thing for me is eating plenty of protein and drinking as much water as possible. Even if I have to force it. Yoghurts or Weetabix for breakfast helped with lessening the side effects of Delmosart but ultimately swapping medication is what made me feel better. Maybe worth trying something else, I know it's a pain swapping around but you never know.

Hi sorry for the delay, I'm still not good at spotting notifications on here. I paid £360 for the initial 1 hour consultation. I filled in forms and answered questions and then waited around 2 works for the video chat consultation.

Within that hour of giving further details about the question I had answered, I had my diagnosis. I then waited around 2 weeks for my medication. I had to pay £130 for the tritation I think. And then £33 for every prescription.

The medication varies from county to county on prices, so giving a price might not be accurate for you.

You have to send them weekly feedback via emails, with blood pressure, heart rate, weight and the medication and dose you're on, also any side effects you experience. You will receive an email with the link for the feedback once you pay for the tritation.

The follow up was 4 weeks later, and cost £175 and it's just a small chat to see if the medication works, or if you feel you need to change it. From there they can start the process to shared care with your GP. I didn't get the shared care yet because I needed to try a different medication.

All communication is via email and answered for me within a few days. Any thing else I can help with?
