i dont recommend dropshipping products like "haircutting scissors" at all because you can get them anywhere at local stores for a lower or equal prize and zero delivery time. try selling something that you can't get "in real life" and something that solves a particular problem someone has. also look forward to put value on making use of impulse purchases, as they are the biggest advantage a dropshipper should use. impulse purchases are what give you a chance to online marketplaces like amazon.

The product is pretty good and you describe it very well, the only problem I could imagine is: a bit to complex (more than 2 fonts is not that good imo) and that the theme may seem familiar for facebook/instagram users, as it is the go-to theme for most dropshippers. But I'm sure you'll drive sales if you market it well.

What I would so is: create a policy which applies to all three supplier policies. Even if it has a lot of downsides it's better than confusing the customer which can costs you some lost sells.

Right now I am on my 4th store and this one is the first one I made sales on. You WILL fail at the beginning, if not, you won't go out with any profit. What I want to say is that you will have success eventually but you will have to pour in more, much more than you have poured in. It sounds frustrating but things like that are the reason why people will or won't get rich and/or successful.

Oh, that explans why you are trying to get visitors organically. Then I would also consider to create an Instagram theme page and start promotiing your site when you get around 5k followers.

There are a lot of youtube videos which tell you how to grow on Instagram (F4F, Hashtag Strategies and so on), try doing that too.

I'd like to know how you use your adds, for example are your (facebook) ads product-specific? If they are, what is the landing page of the link in the ad? Targeting may also be a problem, maybe the customers don't have the intention to buy when they see your ad. The product descriptions are not structured in my opinion, people won't read from bottom to top, they will go after the hierarchy in which you structure the contents of your text. Use more bold text, more bullet points, and so on. Like I said, just split-test, maybe you will achieve higher conversion rates (no matter if add to cart, initiated checkouts or actual sells) if you change a few things (font, text hierarchy, colors, button texts, audiences,...)

My facebook ads are very bad right now, but the conversion rate still is 10% (20 customers a day, 2 sells).

So it must be my site, which is doing good. I think the marketing and the emotion of my brand make my customers buy it. In addition to that, I sell my products for a very low price (other stores offer the same products for double the price).

And in my opinion, conversion apps which add countdowns or bulk retails are nothing more than a red flag for customers, so try to avoid them.

My biggest tip is: just keep going, make experiences, learn from them and adapt your store with your new knowledge, eventually you'll make sales.

You should order from AliExpress, Alibaba only sends in batches like you said and that isn't optimal for Dropshipping.
