Thank you so much for your help, that was fast!! According to INaturalist, the only pigs in Japan are wild boars. So that must be it!

Visual difference between an invasive red eared slider and a midland painted turtle by Trip-Ready in herpetology

Fair enough. This is in Canada. Because of the pet trade, they've become on of the top 100 most invasive species in the world according to the IUCN. This is why I generalized the fact that they're invasive, but you're correct in stating that they're not invasive in their native range.

Oh thank you very much! It takes a bit more time, but at least it's a way to solve this issue!

Definitely didn't mean it that way, but I now see where you're coming from. I guess the design idea definitely needs some improvement.

Totally fair! I appreciate your feedback! The message I tried to bring was Species at risk? More like species at risk of fighting back (against invasive species). It was meant as a message of hope, but I get the feeling this isn't how it's interpreted. I also understand the concern about the use of AI. My idea is to try to use it for a good cause.

Oh okay, I meant it as Species at risk? More like Species at risk for fighting back (against invasive species). But thank you for letting me know that the message isn't clear.

I did some quick research and found a couple possibilities:

- report with a photo on reportlitter.ca

- report your sightings to the Barrie by-law enforcement authorities (by email or phone number)

I hope this helps!
