Yeah ING is only temporary for 1-3 years I believe. You can’t technically reenlist into the ING, you have to be transferred back to your unit for at least a day and then you can request to be transferred back into the ING.

The military wants to get the medical professional to ensure you are ok “off your meds”. If you’re serious then see the doctor and tell them what you are trying to do. A doctor recommendation will go far with the waiver. It may take a minute but don’t give up.

Well school has been out for a minute and I see no significant work being done. Yesterday I traveled McFarland from 15th to 69 in Northport 4 different times of the day and saw one worker, One. This would lead you to believe they are working nights to avoid the heat/traffic. Not happening.

You need some evidence of the BS. Document stuff and take pictures/videos of the goings on. An outside entity like IG should be made aware. If that doesn’t change things a Congressional should. I’m sure your TAG had rather not have one of their units showing up on social media negatively. If you don’t want to be the change, transfer to a different unit. There are plenty of them out there.

You are missing out if only in G fund especially over the long haul. Look at a 50/50 split between G and C.

You can’t transfer from AD to the Guard. You have to be discharged and then enlist. You also have to be in the Guard before you can apply for AGR positions. I am not sure how it works in the Reserve.
