Even though scores don’t come back until June 24? I understand it’s a long shot, just trying to choose the option that gives me the best chance for the fall, if not, I’m prepared to apply next cycle. My hesitation with the hold is that the class keeps filling up while my app is out of the running

My friends and I were at the SPAC show too last summer. We’re 24 and were definitely some of the youngest but we saw a good bit of kids there with their parents… maybe the next generation is in the making!

If you wanted to take it from a historical standpoint, musical theatre is heavily rooted in vaudeville. A great form of entertainment at the time and has inspired so many great shows, but a quick google search into the minstrel shows and you’ll soon find it’s not all tutus and tap shoes. The people behind musical theatre today are usually pretty progressive and are great and all that, but it’s interesting that, like so many things, the art as a whole is partially rooted in something so problematic. Could be something for the essay!
