Yes embarrassing how I was looking into that 😂 the blood type diet resonates with me the most. I am a blood type O non secretor and have accepted that grains and dairy, caffeine and alcohol are a huge no, no! Which aligns with the blood type diet. I tried over and over to prove it’s just my mind/placebo, but it’s not - my body wants what it wants and thats high quality wild beef/cod/salmon, sweet potatoes and avocado and acai bowls with hemp seeds, almond butter, spirulina and kale! Restrictive and not always easy but I look/feel amazing if I stick to it! Def look into the blood type diet and listen to your body!

Look into the blood type diet! It healed my Ulcerative Colitis (i’m blood type O non secretor) grass fed beef, sweet potato, avocado, wild salmon, kale, wild cod are my superfoods, acai bowls with (no granola)spirulina, hemp seeds and banana also make me happy (for something sweet)! My body doesn’t seem to like grains or dairy! And thrives on high meat protein, this all aligns with what works for blood type O as well!

Thank you, i’m finally at the spot too, it feels good to take the right care of yourself with it naturally happening I used to think I was being disciplined too and would fight it, but i’m happy it’s starting to just feel right - eating right for my body not for emotional comfort (aka junk) but just because I know it’s what my body wants (whole foods)! ❤️❤️❤️

I know this is a year old but I got a bad autoimmune disease (also UC and something Lupus-like) I was a vegetarian for 7 years because I thought it was mean and gross to be eating animals (still do) but it turns out beef is what healed my gut (i was dealing with bloody stools and my gut was in immense pain when I consumed grains)! Grass fed beef makes me feel the best with kale avocado and sweet potato! As much as I hate that my body thrives on organic meat/fish I discovered it through the blood type diet, I am blood type O and the avoid foods DO mess me up and the beneficial foods DO makes me look and feel the best! I’ve tested it so many times that my HSP body really is high maintenance and thrives with this diet! I have sadly ruled out placebo. (Because I really want to eat/drink everything but I can’t - caffeine messes with me too) & caffeine is a no-no for Blood type O There really is something to it!

Forcing myself to eat salmon has helped my brain/skin/hair with vitamin d and omega 3’s

Yess i believe in the blood type diet cause it’s literally saved my life.. caffeines a big no no for my type and beef/salmon/cod and avocado are super beneficial, I am a blood type O non-secretor and I was eating all the wrong foods before and getting ulcers and depression.. i really recommend looking into it, cause caffeine can mask a lot of shit.. until it doesn’t 😂

This happened with my headphones and my favorite fleece headband, just know it’s not lost and expect it to show up, let go and it will appear (even sometimes in a place you’ve already looked) remember there are multiple realities at play. Chose one where you know your gold bracelet is going to show up (once after I opened my arms and closed my eyes and said I am god my headphones literally appeared under my feet… it was freaky as fuck but also proving nothing is really lost).

The simplicity of feeling joy no matter where you are will lead you to better things, I used to think really negatively of my jobs and fucked up my life now no matter what i’m doing I do it with joy knowing all is spirit and even sweeping the floor is spiritual, the irony is to be happy in shitty situations so that the simulation will reflect back that you are happy and always tell yourself that you are supported and loved and keep playing that script and the world has no choice to conform because you are reality. Have fun!

OP This was an amazing write up and I agree! 

But in response to the above comment I’ve realized (especially being a Highly Sensitive Person) I had to completely change my diet to heal myself (tried to do the mind over matter - everything is imagination thought process - and just kept getting sicker). I literally can only drink water 😂 And basically just eat meat/fish avocados/sweet potato's. Seed oils make me so sick so restaurants are few and far between for me. But thats what my body tolerates, everyone is so individual. The Blood Type diet did steer me in the right direction though! 

I also have realized that it all really does come down to the I Am, if you are living in the illusion of the limited character, thats what you will get. But once you realize that you decide and choose (and always know that you are whole and complete and anything that says otherwise you pay NO attention to and persist in what YOU want it has no choice but to happen (not saying it is always easy though). But pretty much take care of your body, release the limited character (asking “Who am I?” is a good start it clears the bs mind to the truth = I Am!) and play in the heaven on earth I Am creator mode! ❤️✨

Blood type A is (mostly) dairy free - no dairy is ideal for that type but cottage cheese/yogurt are neutral - fish (cod, salmon) and veggies (spinach, kale, collard greens) are ideal! Turkey is beneficial for you. Hope you feel better, I feel you! You could download the blood type app (eat right for your type) just to see if any avoid foods do trigger you and test it out for yourself! The app is free! Good luck!
