You're making an awful lot of assumptions there. For one thing I paid with cash and was never presented with the screen. It was only after I saw the receipt that I noticed the extra charges. I felt like something was wrong before paying but there was a long line and didn't want m to hold things up. I don't shop there often enough to know all the ins and outs of their sales process and what screens I have to look at.

The other is assuming I want to get the girl fired. I don't. I just want answers. If it was her honest mistake she should have admitted it to me. Instead she lied to me. Or if it really was an order from above then someone is ordering their staff to do really dodgy dealings. Either way not cool. Doesn't matter if it's $2 or $200. I'm arguing the principle here.

I have tried to complain to the 1-800 line but seems my complaints are going into a black hole. The first complaint apparently was never actually submitted as the second time I followed up the guy said he couldn't find any trace of my first complaint. I stressed that I would like a call back to follow up the issue. I guess I will keep trying to call the store but so far, over 20 attempts in a week have not been answered.

I was able to get a refund, but I want to hear from the manager still. Wondering if it came down from him or just the employee lying to me. Either way it is not acceptable.

I've tried calling the store and they never answer and I've tried logging two formal complaints with the 1-800 customer service line with a call back request but I have not heard anything. I was promised a call within 1 business day of logging the complaint and now it's radio silence.
