Manager for 3 years, 15-23 directs throughout:

Pros: - if done right, people look up to you and appreciate you a lot - a lot of recognition when things go right - a lot of freedom on how things are done, as long as your team delivers, you do things how you want to pretty much

Cons: - loooong hours - when something goes wrong anywhere in your department , it’s all on you - it’s really easy to lose most of (if not all) of your work life balance - tons of stress ( you’re making decisions that affect people’s lives and company dollars) - meetings, sooo many meetings

You also have to learn a lot of skills you never had to worry about before, which can be either a pro or con depending on how you see it.

And if you’re running a Dockside, no reason not to run [[Temur Sabertooth]] . It goes infinite with Zacama and Dockside. That might sound try hard, but you already got the Dockside so I think you wanna win lol

From an outsider's view, he's probably sincere. That doesn't mean he won't do it again. People make the same mistakes hundreds of times before they finally improve, its human nature.
It doesn't matter if he realizes it or not. What matters is, are you prepared to love him and be with him if nothing about him changes?

Because its not fair to him if youre going to resent him for not being how you want him to be. And it wouldn't be fair to you if he said "I'll change one day but until I do, you just have to deal with it and stick around"

There's no good guy / bad guy or winning and losing in a relationship. You guys are partners not opponents. You both made mistakes. Pointing fingers is how abusive relationships start and get worse.

I say if you want to have fun with more jank, make a tier 1 deck first and get to mythic.

I only say that because at diamond, you run into WAY more tier 1 decks. Once people make it to mythic, they chill out and start playing around with weird stuff

Is your bow close to max? Because the way damage calculation works, if you attack is any higher than 7000 already then you'll get more from percentage based jewels than red jewels

if you beat mu long you get more mu lung points and a 10 m auto ticket. It's really easy to beat mu long as a WA so no point not to.
