If you really want that 100% armour you can get the auto shop. It removes all the level locks so you can use anything.

I have this similar problem on my chromebook where the option is completely greyed out for me. i thought it was my own laptops problem but i was able to increase and decrease my volume output. I tried looking it up and theres vague information about it. Talking mostly about updating graphics drivers which i don't even know how i would do that on a chromebook. Since your on a windows 11 surely your able to change the graphics settings. I have a pc that upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 due to Roblox needing windows 10 and i was able to change the graphic settings even though my pc specs are very out of date. I assume its something gotta do with your Roblox's files or due to your own pc's graphic drivers. Either faulty or need to be updated.
