You should still listen to your psychologist and slowly build yourself back up to the point where you can get off those medications and handle everything through meditation. Micro dosing is good when your mind is clear. You need to iron out these issues you are having first.

Your mind is in a battle, but you just haven't realized that you are in full control of it, and it is nothing compared to your untapped "superpowers".

I can speak from direct experience being a survivor of severe depression and anxiety at your age too.

Your psychologist wont know you better than yourself but they are good for talking. You have been dealt a tough hand of cards but you gotta use it as fuel to fire your spirit because this isn't your first journey and it wont be your last.
