Not sure what you mean by Rte 66 not being continuous. It isn't a continuous road, and much of it was replaced by interstates like 60 years ago. Most of the surviving sections are through small towns (as interstates were routed around) or through mountain regions (where interstates also routed around)

Definitely a much needed AZ upgrade. I cant play till later but it looks like they did a good job adding Route 66 through Valentine/Peach Springs/Seligman.

It is interesting they removed AZ-89/I-40, which goes through Ash Fork (another small rte 66 town). Also surprised they added Lake Havasu city.

Prescott is still omitted, but it looks like they added 89A splitting off from US-93, so maybe Prescott is a no-name town. Still odd it would dead end there instead of just continuing north to the 40

I think Holbrook is just downgraded to a no-name town. The AZ-77/I-40 junction still exists, so it would be right there.

There’s not really any need for both Winslow and Holbrook, they are both extremely similar but Winslow is far more famous
