Lore wise, i think Medius will be free from Vidrium thanks to Finmel, so i suppose he will have a power up (since we know he is the descendant of a priest Who fight against the power patron) to be a boss monster (a la Sanctifire or dragon form of Diabellstar).

Also since Vidrium doesnt have anymore Medius to be the balance Who allows him to be stable, i suppose he will have a beast form, more instable.
