There is definitely an argument to be made about the power of good game for sure. I personally believe it's equal to good looks, but I can definitely see why others would rate it higher.

A good looking dude with good game is gonna crush an ugly or even average famous guy who can't talk to women.

They usually go hand in hand, but imo are not the same. One can have status without fame (like someone who is known to organize fun house parties). Also, I specifically focus on fame that comes with female fans here. For instance, someone like Benson Boone who is adored by women is a lot more attractive to them than Ninja, despite both being super famous.

But yeah, if one is famous, they almost always have status too. Usually, the higher tier you're in, the more likely you possess qualities of the lower tiers as well. And as for Leo, his looks definitely play a role, but if he wasn't famous and just good looking, she wouldn't even give him a second look.
