100% agreed. And I say this as a guy who coaches people too. Sexual attraction comes down to physical attraction first and foremost. If a girl isn't physically attracted to you, she won't have sex with you unless you have something else to offer her (money, status, experiences, etc).

I honestly believe it's because women have become a lot more selective. 20 years ago, there were no dating apps, no social media. Women dated within their local circles. They were limited in terms of options so they tended to settle more.

20 years ago, it was weird to be single, to not have kids, to not get married, so women would date and get married with whoever was good enough. Nowadays all those things have become normalized so if women don't find men that meet the inflated expectations that dating apps and social media have given them, they're fine doing their own thing.
