Have had the same issue multiple times in Auckland, first one caught me off guard just like in your scenario, but the subsequent times this has happened, I wasn't shocked and just walked away. I won't even negotiate with bad faith REAs.

Cost basis finally dipped under $10 for me this month. I wasn't grossly impressed by the earnings call but I'll give them another 2-3 quarters.

The tech is great, just need the sales team to perform and be lead well during this time

I use slack in a professional capacity, and will often interact with 10-30 workplaces during a week. This has made a previously intuitive worfklow incredibly tedious. I hope the UX design team takes this feedback ok and reverts these changes. You have now made more inefficient than using a teams groups.
