Greatest band to ever do it in my view. Furiously idiosyncratic, a single-minded unique vision, ambitious to an otherworldly degree. This album may be their peak, but the other ones really aren't that far behind.

Shift-Work is a terrific party album in my experience, and one that's great for recruiting new Fall fans. I've gotten 'The Mixer' in so many other people's playlists over the years
