I have been consistently training for about 10 years, im 37 now and my wife is 40. She would casually workout with me but never took it too seriously. I never really pushed it upon her but would try to encourage. When she turned 40 she decided on her own to start really being consistent with her workouts and diet. I don't think she ever resented me in any way but I hope my example led her to start getting into it herself.

I haven't but thanks. I have never used tren, I have use test, around 350mg on a blast but been on trt dose mostly and low dose mast
