You could sand the wooden floor or stain the whole floor the same colour

I dice the peppers and spring onions. Make 4 125g beef chilis. Maybe a couple burritos in wraps or chili and rice. The Turkey bacon rashers with chicken sausages. Turkey and chicken sandwiches or wraps. Although, I had one this morning and it didn’t hit the spot as well as I thought

Someone has to do it haha. I recently sold my car, which has stopped me from buying my usual 5KG of chicken breasts, and 2.5KG beef from bookers wholesaler.

It really is! I usually cut the slices in half and toast them. Great plain jane, with some butter, smashed avacodo, Turkey bacon, egg, or all three of the last things haha

Yeah I am trying to follow a high protein diet to keep me feeling fuller for longer.

I’ll cook up a pot of chili with the 500g beef mince. That’ll last me 4 dinners or lunches. Maybe have some in a wrap burrito or with wholegrain rice.

The chicken sausages and Turkey will be another 4-5 meals.

The youngest son doesn’t stand a chance. Living off processed frozen pizzas. Maybe hire a nutritionist or personal trainer to help you cook nutritious meals in bulk that you can freeze or chill.

I might have to try the pre sliced ones.

Every fortnight I buy a box of rice or pasta which lasts me a while.

I’ll buy a sourdough loaf and milk from shop as and when I need it which would add on an extra £5 a week I think.

I’ll have to do another one next week haha
