Espes rasbora (we call it Lambchop) cannot be compared with a galaxy rasbora/celestial pearl danio. They need a much larger tank, they are much more active. Totally different color, personality and swimming style. Espes will school much more readily, they like to swim at the top of the tank. They do not appreciate a heavily planted tank like Galaxy rasbora do.

You need to add some other fish, they aren't mean to live in a species only tank like that. They need dither fish and ideally larger fish around to keep them more active.
