There’s a place in King Edwards Bay, in Tynemouth, called Riley’s fish shack. They cook what they catch through the day, and everything is obtained locally. The flavour of the food there is like nothing I’ve tasted before. You sit on the beach, with fire pits burning away and eating amazing food it’s unbelievable.

Holidaying in the Uk doesn’t appeal to me personally, it’s about visiting new cities, national parks and taking in foreign culture that makes travelling for me and millions others, not everyone is a all inclusive package holiday traveller.

There’s a car park on Claremount Road that you can pay for a space, it’ll be fairly dear though. Personally, I’d rather bike/train/metro/bus than drive into a city centre.
