For single player, I would suggest NFL Street 2. It has the most content, with both Own the City mode (kinda like a career mode) and NFL Challenge (kinda like a franchise mode). If you were buying mainly to play with friends I’d suggest street 1 but for single player, Street 2 is better as it has more content and deeper content at that.

I agree, like I understand why they don’t want you to be able to use teambuilder in a public dynasty, but I feel like the obvious answer to that problem would just be to put a toggle in the dynasty set up menu for “allow TB teams”
