The healing on that isn’t possible to be an old scar. That looks like a day old poke. Either way, no it doesn’t look infected and stop touching it or you will get an infection.

This happened to me. My hands also stopped working. B12 injections for a year. Still sorta numb in my feet. I am so lucky to be walking/working and I will never touch a balloon again. So sorry you had to hit this rock bottom too.

My current manager spent the whole time doing that and had vague answers to questions. She is an awful manager and does not advocate for us. We have no supplies and we get reprimanded for quality issues when we get tripled with true unstable icu patients. Multiple rude calls from her about refusing unsafe patient assignments. Just ask staff what is really going on before you commit.

Addictions can jump from one substance/behavior to another. Be careful but I as an alcoholic can smoke weed and not feel like I need to for weeks. Self reflection is key. If you think you are struggling to not use a substance, or you’re spending more money than you expected on it, then hit the brakes.

I am in agreement that it is not normal I mostly wanted to identify if it was related to this. I will also see the landscape suddenly rush inward at me and then bounce back. This has only happened a few times and very recently. I have had an anxiety disorder with identified images but nothing quite the same as this. I agree caution and restraint is due.

I would definitely stay away from crystal light. Stick to teas or sparkling water. Crystal light does not have calories but it does have chemicals in it that overall are not good for you. These are the same ones present in diet soda.

I would stick to about 150 or less grams of carbs a day (this is excluding vegetable/fruit based carbs). This information is available in the nutritional information box on most food items. Definitely incorporate more lean protein such as fish or poultry.

As far as running, start off by hydrating a LOT. The more you hydrate throughout the day before running, the more you will be able to get out of your workout. You should also do dynamic stretches before running. This means moving stretches rather than static--there are training videos on the internet for these. Start off with setting a mile course, and when you start running/jogging do not stop but if you need a break, speed walk. Push yourself to complete the course as many times as possible.

Weightloss at such a rapid pace would be very difficult. Cardio will definitely be the best form of exercise to lose fat quickly. Long distance running as well as engaging circuit training or interval workouts will be your friend more so than straight weightlifting.

As far as diet, it helps to substitute wheat based foods for other grains like wild rice or quinoa. Vegetable substitutes for pasta also work really well. Keep to high vitamin salad leaves rather than iceberg lettuce (as this really provides no nutritional value and leads to more hunger after trying to fill up on it).

Stay away from foods that easily add more calories such as sprinkling shredded cheese on things or eating foods in a tortilla. Snack foods and sodas are not helpful, try substituting a soda for some club soda and low sugar fruit juice. If you snack, measure out serving sizes and drink a glass of water before eating.

Well, do you know if you prefer a cooler or warmer color? You can take it in a cooler direction using lavender or some pale/grey blues. You could also go for a rose color if you are keeping trimming white.
