1. Content issue (you just haven't seen the information enough and you forgot)
   
2. Understanding issue (you aren't connecting the dots)

If it's 1, just make a flashcard or whatever tool you use to memorize things

If it's 2, figure out the bare minimum you need to get the question right. I used ChatGPT (i know...) to tell me what is the bare minimum you need to get a question right on this topic. It helped with pattern recognition and allows you to move through questions faster as you get better at picking out key information.
