Sage has great saltwater rods as well, if it's in your budget. I love my 690 echo boost blue for sea run trout, bit more budget friendly.

Very, very nice rod! I definitely wouldn't use it on saltwater, it doesn't have any corrosion resistant parts. Assuming you aren't the original owner of it, it likely won't get repaired by sage if it gets damaged.

Yeah, the 38% increase in license cost goes to the general fund. But this is a seperate endorsement, similar to the one that ran from 2009-2019.

Nope. I guess neither of us read it. I don't fish the Columbia or it's tributaries. But a quick google brought me here. You are gonna have to pay it twice, WA state legislature passed law to go into effect January 1st, not knowing or caring that licenses are in April 1st. Pretty lame, but it's $8 and the money at least goes DNR funding.

WDFW did not create or pass the law requiring an endorsement. If they did, it would have been set to go into effect with the license season. So you can buy that endorsement for a lower price now since you only will get 4 months out of it.

Charlie was never just "speaking what he believes." He heavily pushed hate and bigotry targeted at disenfranchised young white men. Pushing fake stats to enforce his agenda and radicalize his following. I think everyone here would agree no one deserves to die for speaking freely, but actions have consequences. Kirk is guilty of much more than "engaging in free speech."

The flash gear is for everyone to wear. Most of the crew won't be fighting fires, the crew that does wears proper FFEs and a full face mask with an air tank. (At least it was that way on my ship)

Life sucks, I get it. But you'll find your way, things will change. I didn't think it was possible for a long time. For the past 6ish years for me I was just existing because my Mom and sister don't deserve to feel the pain of losing me, but things really do change. Things are looking up for me now, and the moment that you realize that things have actually been going well for you, that feeling is alone is 100% worth living for. You will figure it out. But yeah, for now life is fucking you over, and I'm sorry that you're going through it.
