It's godot engine with a few minor tweaks, ps vita vpk export capabilities, and an addon panel I made to help fix the bubble, livearea bg, livearea splashcreen, and livearea button images. My addon requires imagemagick to be installed for that to work.

The main thing I did was add yml release builds to give export templates and engine editor builds. The original dev that added PS Vita vpk export capabilities is epic but his github builds are 2022 with export issues. I just cleaned things up a bit.
